You should have recently received your special assessment ballot in the mail regarding the Wildfire Mitigation Project. To provide you with more detailed information and answer any questions you might have, we are holding an informative Town Hall presentation on Thursday, September 12, 2024.
 
During this meeting, we will discuss the details of the Wildfire Mitigation Project, the California Homeowners Insurance Crisis, and the necessity for additional funds to ensure the Project’s success. The President of Park West will also be present to address your questions about the clearing of our slopes to create 100 feet of defensible space to protect our homes, and new irrigation and planting.
