MEMBERS ARE WELCOME TO COME TO THE BALLOT OPENING MEETING AT 5:45. BALLOTS CAN BE TURNED IN UNTIL 5:50 AT WHICH TIME THE BALLOT COUNT WILL OCCUR. OPEN SESSION WILL START AT 6PM   Special Assessment Ballot Count Agenda   Executive and Open Sessions Agenda   Executive Session starts at 5 PM for board members. Homeowner Members may enter the meeting at 5:45 PM for ballot opening.

 

The Board of Directors would like to invite our Crest De Ville Community residents to attend the upcoming Town Hall Meeting which is being hosted by Ocean Ranch and the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.

Representatives from the Sheriff’s Department will be reviewing criminal activity trends in our community and addressing crime prevention efforts that are currently being employed.

The Sheriff’s Department will outline a program offering individual home inspections.  Some residents have already taken advantage of this program and have found it to be a valuable service.

We believe that the Sheriff’s Department will also provide resource references, and other security recommendations that will make your participation in this meeting well worth your time—and all from the comfort of your own home via Zoom
